“We went on the live chat to sort out a complicated issue with getting on the online portal. The lady we dealt with, was Birdie, **BC1**. She was great, most helpful, and resolved our issue. Thankyou. However, I don’t give such high praise for the company in general, there should be at least the option to phone them to resolve difficult problems, we could not find a phone number anywhere, even though on this page it quotes, Communication channels, TELEPHONE, LIVE CHAT, E’MAIL. There is NO Phone number or direct e mail address that we could find and our issue took us 3 hours of going round in circles to finally resolve. So full thanks again to Birdie, and just a point of criticism, not all the live chat representatives are as good or as helpful as her, she should be promoted !”
