I spoke with LG3 today to cancel my policy she was very helpful. I have just changed my motorhome for a campervan and initially tried to change over the policy on a weekend, unfortunately One Call was unable to do this and told me I would have to contact them again on Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t do this because I was picking the new van up on the. Monday. So I have now got insurance with a company who did business on a Sunday and I was able to speak to them for free on the phone. Much easier! LG3 was very helpful today and did offer to give me a new quote. Thank you LG3!

Just got off the phone to your operator KL4. I was ringing to cancel my policy after receiving a cheaper quotation. She was very pleasant and managed to find me a very competitive alternative with One Call, so I have decided to renew.

Very good customer service. I was struggling to find my renewal price but CH5 helped with quickness & efficiency. Even taking payment on the day as the 23rd was my cut off.

One Call insurance provides good value insurance which is flexible and also includes breakdown cover. It renews monthly which is a little odd but I assume that is what allow you to cancel the policy with no admin fees or deductions. The only issue I found was that you can't really speak to anyone on the phone about your policy. It is all done by web "Chat", which is not the most convenient. I "Chatted" with IS1 who was very helpful and efficient but I would have liked to have spoken with someone.
