“I received a request to contact One Call insurance following an issue with my application. I selected the on line chat service to do so. Within five minutes I was contacted by a member of staff who introduced herself as Emily EE3. What a delight it was to have a conversation with someone who knew what she was doing. Emily politely informed me what the issue was and after a brief explanation from myself the matter was subsequently rectified. Many thanks to Emily and indeed to the company for employing such a delightful person for the role. Kind regards Andy Cougar”

“MT3 was very helpful with my renewal. It was an easy process to do online, however, it would be better if the new renewal quote initially offered was the best price rather than me having to speak with someone to get a better deal. Overall, very satisfied with the help from MT3 though”
