“I chatted to PS1 via text speak and found them so very helpful, informative and efficient, They were also friendly but remained professional at all times. What was the best for me is when I explained I am non verbal and use an electronic device to speak which isn’t very good over the phone, he has updated my record with this information so other agents will be aware. Really great customer service, they did their job very well indeed with me, consequently I’m a happy customer 😃😂 thanks again to ps1”

“Outstanding service from LD7 I contacted One Call's live chat from Vietnam about a complicated situation: two insurance policies on my motorcycle, an open accident claim, and a cancellation deadline the same day. LD7 handled everything brilliantly. She was patient, professional and clear from start to finish. Rather than giving me a standard answer, she took the time to speak to the underwriter, Highway Insurance, directly during our chat to get me a definite answer. She made sure my cancellation was recorded correctly as dual insurance, confirmed my cover dates, and explained exactly what I'd need to declare in future, so I knew where I stood. Dealing with insurance issues from the other side of the world could have been stressful, but LD7 made it straightforward and reassuring. She went above and beyond, and she's a real credit to One Call. Thank you, LD7!”
