“WP1 (Wiktor) was very helpful on live chat. Provided the information I needed clearly. Very helpful in deciding whether to cancel and change provider or change vehicles on my policy. I chose the latter, partly because of the helpful service ftom WP1. What wasn't so good was the fact that the refund due after just 4 months was just 13% of the premium paid.”

“Anais (AP8) was most kind and tried her best for us, in going beyond what she needed to do, for which we're very grateful. It was great to get through to a real person, pretty much immediately;(each time I called, I was first in the queue). Anais was professional and showed empathy for our situation, which helped! She definitely needs a pay rise!!”
