“I called today to change my vehicle and spoke to a lovely Lady called Jess (JB6) she was very patient with me throughout the conversation. She explained the cover and the details of my premium cover asking what I would like to keep or cancel, we talked about a courtesy car for 28 days should I need one and I was happy with that we also discussed the prices and she asked did I have any other quotes. She explained it would all be in my portal within 30 minutes, also the date of the direct debit and how much I would be expected to pay. I was very happy with this experience and would recommend her to anyone calling.”

“I went in to Live Chat to ask about my breakdown cover and Sara SF7 was super helpful. She gave me clear sound advise communicated really clearly. I'm not so confident with Live Chat but having my query solved so quickly today with Sara was fab. Thank you!”

“Successful customer service online 'chat' today with KS8. Agent was very helpful and managed the changes to my policy (change of vehicle) which I couldn't manage through the online portal by myself. There was a charge of £15 to do this and overall i was satisfied that my policy was amended as required and you do get a transcript of the entire dialogue should there be a requirement to clarify something later”
