“ET1 sorted out my query promptly. so 5 stars for that. However, getting to be able to have the chat was extremely difficult so for the build up to get to the chat 1 star & that's being generous.”

“On renewal of my car insurance I’d to make a couple of changes. LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 listened and effortlessly implemented these. If all Onecall staff are as efficient and pleasant as LE6 I’ll definitely be looking at moving all other insurance policies when they become due.”
