“Used on-line chat to discuss policy changes (new car) and costs for upcoming renewal with Jordan. He quickly applied the change for minimal cost and then clearly outlined options for the upcoming renewal premium with the new vehicle. Cross checked with you-know-who on the other screen as Jordan provided his figures and decided to go with One Call's 3 yr fixed rolling contract with monthly payments as the best option versus comparison. Easy DDR set up and all finalised within an hour. Very pleased with the service.”

“Have been with the company for a number of years and have always been very happy with the service I've received. “Good customer service as always from One Call Insurance. I spoke to EL3 who helped me with my renewal. EL3 provided me with excellent service as i came on this call to cancel my renewal. EL3 helped me with a good price and I will be staying for another year with One Call Insurance thanks to EL3.”

“I made contact to try to renew my wife's insurance as I was having difficulty due to forgotten passwords etc . The agent was ai7 and he was very patient with me and talked me through everything needed to complete he insurance renewal. I could not fault any aspect of our interaction am very pleased with the service I received today.”
