“On line customer support Melissa ( agent MX2) was very helpful and professional..She took time to understand my situation and asked pertinent questions and provided sound advice. Well done to her. Unfortunately I can’t understand why existing customers have to go through all this in the first place due to renewal quotes being so high and then magically can be reduced when challenged. A lot of wasted time for the customer and the company.”

“Spoke today with OneCall to check my renewal quote, I spoke with SP6, she was very helpful and informative and talked me through (on web chat) my options. Reviewed my requirements and information and gave me a new quote at a great price. All my documents are available online through the customer portal. Great service”
