“Customer service was amazing used the live chat spoke to Username KS8 she was fantastic, made sure I understand everything to do with my renewal, made sure I got the best price without best value for money and everything included that I needed such as breakdown, was very patient with me when asking questions and made the process such a nice process, because of her I will continue to use One Call Insurance, so kind, friendly, informative and helpful, would definitely recommend!”
