I telephoned One Call earlier today regarding an issue with my no claims bonus. I explained my query to JM6 who promptly dealt with my issue by sending me a link to upload my proof of no claims bonus (a mistake from my previous insurer) . Very quickly received a second email confirming that everything was sorted. Good customer service !!

I had to make a very quick amendment to my insurance policy as I had bought a new car and traded in my old car. I was sat in the carpark of the dealership and had no number to call. All there was was the online chat. I am 53 so prefer to talk to someone over the phone. I had no choice but to do the online chat. I was dealing with SM6 and she was absolutely brilliant, very helpful, very fast, she sorted out my new policy in no time at all so I could drive my new car off the forecourt. Brilliant service, many thanks SM6 🙏

Excellent service from the One Call agents helping me get the cover tailored to my needs. Special mention for LE6.Leanne Warren-le6, she was very helpful today, also her colleague I dealt with the previous day, he did the ground work! Unfortunately I didn’t note his name.

After I’ve been trying to get onto the online portal for a week, I found a number to ring and your call handler PE2 was extremely helpful and sorted my insurance policy out very quickly and easily!
