“The live chat for One Call Insurance was brilliant! Got through to operator MG9 to change direct debit details and they were magic! Fast response, no hassle, just got what I needed done in under 10 mins for two policies, can’t recommend enough! Thanks MG9, my wife is still messing around with her’s 😂 Should have gone with One Call!”

“On making enquiry this afternoon regarding a new policy, I needed to live chat with a colleague - SP5, who answered very promptly, and very efficiently, speedily and courteously dealt with my issue and gave me clear and helpful guidance on what would happen next and what I needed to do. She also provided further advice in case I need to make further enquiry. This was a really helpful and professional experience, and if SP5's work is typical of One Call's work, I am sure I am going to find it most helpful. Well done and thank you SP5”
