“LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 Leanne was absolutely excellent in sorting out my insurance. Stupidly I had not checked the auto renew box and my insurance lapsed by a couple of days. Leanne had emailed me a few days before renewal and phoned me and I forgot to renew. Today Leanne sorted it all out for me in under 10 minutes. Truly excellent customer service. Leanne was personable, chatty and fully understood my situation which she sorted with a calm, professional and polite manner. Thank you Leanne”
