“Having taken out a new car insurance policy I immediately noticed an error when the documents were visible. The operative i spoke to immediated after noticing this (within a minute or so of paying) informed me that on validation the status of my breakdown cover would change from standard to gold. It would show up after about 24 hrs. The docs came through but without the breakdown I thought I had selected. I went on to online the chat and made contact with JM5. SUCCESS everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with patience. Thankyou JM5”
