CALLED ONE CALL TO DAY AND SPOKE TO LEANNE WARREN TO SORT MY INSURANCE. LEANNE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND SORTED MY VEHICLE INSURANCE, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. Made contact today with ML2 to discuss a renewal and reduce the excess on our policy. ML2 was super helpful securing an alternate policy which better suited our needs. ML2 was professional but friendly, took time to explain all of the information super-clearly, and made the entire experience a pleasure. Keep up the great work ML2 - it was delightful, speedy and efficient.

CH5 was really helpful, I was confused to receive a message to say my insurance had not renewed, then realised I had a new card so the auto renewal did not go through. I was out on a journey so had to try and resolve over the phone on instant chat. CH5 was very professional and answered my query sent me a payment link and problem resolved > Excellent service thank you.
