“Had a problem with overpayment on policy and spoke to LN1 to resolve the issue. Very happy with the assistance received and the issue (hopefully) sorted for good this time. 3* to the company (for not resolving complaint before), but 5* for LN1 for being conscientious, helpful and efficient”
