SP1 was very helpful and patient and explained everything very succinctly. I am very satisfied and can’t praise enough for all the help. I am almost 80, have used One Call for many years and agent was very kind, caring and informative. I can’t praise highly enough. Successful outcome.

As a new customer I spoke with AK7 @ Customer services with a query concerning my Direct debit start date. My Policy started on the Ist March when in fact it should have been the 26th March. My mistake, as my current Insurance didn't lapse until the 26th of that month. However, I was kindly assured that my Direct debit would not be activated until the 19th March although the new policy date was the 1st March. AK7 was very understanding of my 'mix up'. I realise I should have read the emailed documents more carefully where this was indicated. This has been my first time applying online for insurance quotes and I spent ages perusing what appeared to be the best deal for me. In short, The response to my query was met with a warm and friendly understanding of my mistake and AK7 gave me advice on how the Direct Debit could be changed in the future if I so wished. I do not intend to do that now. It was a pleasure talking to AK7 who had a polite; informative and professional approach.

I called One Call Insurance today regarding renewal. I spoke with KT7 who I found to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. KT7 helped with my enquiry and did so in a mannerly and professional way. I was happy with the outcome of the chat and pleased with how it was handled.

Ref., KS8 Tried several times to update my policy using the online portal to change my car but it wouldn't let me do it, ended up using the online chat and dealt with a very helpful person (Karly. S.) they ran through all my options and offers, explaining everything I needed to know plus any extra options I might be interested in without being pushy. Left me with a clear idea of what I would be getting without being confusing. Very satisfied customer
