“Your journey was poor via Go Compare as you lead people to believe the breakdown cover is included when in fact it's at an additional cost. You also do not activate the policy until you have reviewed and accepted (by which point the customer had already paid). This left me waiting at a car dealership for some time waiting for the policy to be activated before I could legally drive the car even after I had made full payment. However the representative I spoke to was brilliant in doing everything she could to make sure I got the most out of a misleading situation. Not a great product and a terrible customer journey but a very good employee behind the scenes. You are very lucky to have her working for you.”
