“I had difficulty with the portal this afternoon, so booked a call back .your customer service advisor BB7 was very helpful, he could see that I had experienced difficulties with the portal and he was very helpful in adding a named driver to my policy. No problems whatsoever your advisor BB7 dealt with my request to my complete satisfaction and he was very polite and helpful in dealing with my request .”
