“CN4 was great on the chat today so the score is for Connor. However, my experience of receiving an email accusing me of lying on my car insurance application and then having to make three contacts with the chat function this morning to prove my no claims discount as you would not accept the documents that my previous insurer had provided me was MINUS 5 STARS.”

“PS1 was my customer adviser. She was prompt and helpful and cancelled my insurance renewal with no hassle. Whereas I was happy with PS1, I am somewhat annoyed that the revised quote PS1 gave me was £80 cheaper than my renewal quote. If I had received the cheaper quote initially, I would not have cancelled my policy. This doesn't however detract from the service provided from PS1”

“Bit disappointed with this conversation if am honest. Asked for someone to give me a call back to be told I couldn’t speak to someone then given a number to the sales team after I questioned this. Should have just been told the number to call.”
