“I spoke with an agent named a JP3 within approximately 2 mins. I contacted one call to discuss amending my policy to list a new vehicle. JP3 was patient and discussed all my options and gave me a price to make the changes. I didn't actually make the changes, it was agreed, I would get in touch when I had time to think about my options. I would like to thank the agent for taking the time to assist me with my enquiry. Thanks Jason”

“A massive thank you to [JC8] for sorting out my building/contents insurance so efficiently. I was struggling with a few questions in relation to installing solar panels and JC8 sorted the problem out over the phone and called me back as promised the same day. “Phone call to one call today to sort out some insurance all quickly and efficiently sorted thanks to EK2 who did a superb job, my only gripe is the line wasn’t super clear and at times it sounded like she was under water !! but that’s not her fault”

“Tom H did in the end relent and waiver a cancellation fee. Unfortunately One Protect were unable to accurately set out what their cancellation fee's are, through two call handlers, the fee's were different and I was left feeling robbed. I don't suppose the rest of the market is a great deal different, but One Protect will never have any business from me again.”
