“LD7 handled my chat as I wished although I would have preferred to have been able to call. Not happy about the admin charge of £24 just to change an address but that's no reflection on LD7 thanks”

“The company has only ONE approved repairer for glass which seems to be their own company. It has failed to replace my windscreen. They are not offering any other choice for the repair to be carried out. They claim AUTOGLASS is not an approved repairer. If I choose to use AUTOGLASS I will be only able to recover £270 towards the cost of the new windscreen and calibration. !!!!! Do not insure with One Insurance.”
