“I recently changed car and needed to update my insurance. When I first got in contact with One Call they were quoting me a higher monthly premium than what I was currently paying. I checked this against a comparison site to see if this was realistic and it was not as the comparison site for the same company was considerably less. I then contacted One Call for an explanation and the person I was communicating with, RW2 was helpful with the explanation of why there was a significant difference and managed to bring down the monthly payment substantially. Pleased with how it was handled and the overall outcome.”

“Car insurance with company for 3 years . No problems and the mileometer machine worked fine . I cancelled my policy in March 2026 but the company took £250 from my bank in July as they said the policy was still live despite me returning the mileometer to them in March etc . Today I have been on livechat trying to have my money returned. After bring transferred to 3 different departments, I finally chatted to Mia ( MB9) who told me the £250 will be refunded to my bank card within 3/10 days . The company are ok but I never needed to make any claims so can’t give an accurate opinion on them but would say they need to stop taking payments for renewals from customers who have cancelled their policies . It has taken me 2 hours to sort this out”
