“Very disappointed with One Call Insurance. I contacted them via their web chat to advise a recent medical condition has meant DVLA have revoked my driving licence for 6 months. One Call immediately cancelled my policy and offered a paltry refund of £20.00 on a £500 policy with almost 4 months to run. I requested they continue to insure my vehicle against theft, but was advised that they could not do this due to my licence being revoked. I also requested my wife was added to the policy, again refused. I asked for them to quote for a new policy in my wife's name, was told a colleague would call me, this call never happened. So now One Call have left me with an expensive car without any insurance cover and without ant assistance to get adequate cover in place whilst my car is kept until the time I receive my driving licence back. Incredibly poor service, so if anyone at One Call cares to contact me I would like a resolution.”
