“When I did a live chat with one call I was very happy with the service from mb9. She understood why I’d got in touch and got me a much better renewal price. Overall Im happy with one call except for the automatic renewal price initially being much higher than the quote I subsequently got! If this was available, why didn’t I get offered it at renewal?”
