“I have had One Call on occasions before and not had any problems. On this occasion the auto renew should have been set to off, I always check, but they didn't confirm this. I received an email requesting renewal payment. I did not pay but took another company having done comparisons. One Call then auto renewed 5 days before the new policy start. In an online help they tried to compete the price, which would cause a lot of bother, but eventually accepted to reimburse in full. I shall always consider them on new policies but will make double-sure auto renewal is set to off. The helper MB9 was courteous and helpful.”
