“I spoke with JQ1 as I was really upset and frustrated that I was going to charged an extra £500 on my policy. I spoke with JQ1 on the phone and he really helped me and we quickly sorted the issue after a previous chat left me feeling quite angry. Thanks JQ1 for sorting my issue so quickly!”

“I received an email today with regards to a recent policy that I purchased and I had make a mistake with NCD. I was being charged an admin fee. I did webchat and was connected to Sarah SM2. Sarah was very efficient in dealing with my issues and promptly fixed my mistake and as a token of good will waivered the admin charges. Sarah SM2 prompt and professionalism has reassured me that I have made the right decision in using One-Call and my justification in having five policies under one roof. Thank you Sarah SM2.”
