“I used the chat system to arrange a quotation for a new car I was buying and then change the cover from my existing car to the new one. “Leanne Warren (LE6) was very helpful and sorted me out, so she gets the 5 stars ! However, the I had a difficulty in paying online which eventually sorted itself out so that's all good. I found the portal non intuitive so that's why it's 4 stars.”
