Szymon was probably one of the most helpful, polite and knowledgeable CSR's I have had the pleasure of interacting with. “Motorbike insurance renewal time, shame one call don't do a multi-bike policy, anyway searched around and found cheaper elsewhere. Had an online chat with Abbey C (AP7) looking for a multi-bike, she couldn't help but re-quoted both bikes and took 58 quid off the combined renewals. The numbers haven't changed yet in the online portal but I'll check tomorrow - fingers crossed.”
