“There was a long wait to get through and when I first spoke to an agent they said wrong department and someone will call me back. I waited but nobody called so I had to repeat the long process. When I got through the second time the agent was very helpful and very patient”

“My insurance was due for renewal and an adviser, LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 phoned me and went through the options for renewal. I decided on the 3 year platinum option to keep the same price for the 3 years, paying monthly. She emailed me with details then, after I had confirmed, phoned back later to finalise. I have used One-Call insurance a few times and they are reasonably priced and always helpful”

“Having found a lower quote elsewhere, Linda B username LB3 was very helpfull in helping to reduce the price of my renewal quote. Happy to stay with One Call even though she could not match the lower quotes as the added benifits included in the Platinum policy was worth the little extra. Good luck with winning the chocolates.”

“I have just dealt with One Call Insurance for my home insurance renewal and spoke with a wonderful lady Kadie KT7 who was extremely polite/knowledgeable and even saved me from making a mistake and taking incorrect cover from another provider as I had overlooked a lot of small print. I would highly recommend One Call Insurance and have been with them now for several years. Thanks again”
