“Instead of just doing the easy compare the market for my annual car insurance renewal I called one call insurance and my case was dealt by CL4. CL4 was very helpful and patient answering all my questions so that I fully understood the insurance process. Very impressed. Its always best to talk to a human! ;)”

“The agent (AS3) was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. I was not too happy with the additional excess added to my policy but after discussing it with the agent the other quotes I had were cheaper but not by much. I decided to stick with my renewal due to the agents honesty and straight forward answers.”

“Your agent was superb. That's the only part of this review that was good. What your insurance company needs to do is have a contact number for customers to call? Your robot system is a pain as they cannot always solve the problem the customer is trying to sort out? My advice to anyone using a robotic service is, go elsewhere.”
