“Very efficient help today on the online live chat with RK3, who resolved an issue of my being overcharged on my renewal fee for car insurance. The renewal figure this year was much higher than last year, and more than some other insurance companies that I checked, and I phoned an agent 2 weeks ago to discuss, who managed to reduce a little. However the original fee was charged to my account. I have been happy with One Call's broker assistance for some years now and didn't want to change, but RK3 has resolved the issue speedily and efficiently, apologising with good will customer service.”
