“NK3-The agent responded very quickly to my enquiry and she was able to explain the reason for the extra charge on my policy. I explained that I was not happy about an item, she listened and was able to make me an offer that I accepted. I was 2nd in the queue when I joined the chat and I was speaking to an agent within 5 minutes. Good service!”
