“I phoned today to talk about my car insurance. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Leon..user name LC6. He was very Informative, and helpful.. He talked through everything about my policy.. nothing was to much trouble.”

“my car has been badly damage as i laid in bed an uninsured driver hit my car" police arrested the driver" i have sent cctv,and photos of the damage" yet after 4 days i have had no correspondence from one call" my car is still parked on the front of my house ,waiting for inspection" i just need to know do i buy a new car, or is my car going to be repaired" as a so called platinum customer" i find your service not very good"”
