I found contacting your company confusing as its focus is making an accident claim. I wanted to update you on a medical issue. However, when I typed my query in your chat box the reply from KB2 was prompt and put my mind at ease. She was very patient with me and even organised to upgrade my breakdown cover.

Used online chat to find out when my documents for change of car would be available on the Portal. Immediate response from your agent, IS1, who uploaded my amended documents to the Portal. Very impressed with this, one of the best online chats I've used (and believe me when I say that some I've used in the past are awful).
