Contacted onecall chat line and Ellie Ei1 was very helpful with the information I needed regarding, I’ve sold my car and want to change to the new car details, but not yet received a date or new registration for the vehicle. Ei1 put the details in place for me to resume my cover once I have the new details available to me.

Very poor communication with customer service. You can't get through on the phone, you have to use chat. It's not fair.

Just renewed my insurance with one- call Got a cheaper quote than last year, which is brilliant.After I phoned up and spoke with one of the agents who was very helpful after I told him I had a better quote than there’s so he came back with very similar quote which I was happy with.

TD1 Wow what a turn around for me, originally ringing to cancel insurance because I had dual insurance on my daughters flat. Thomas just asked how much I was paying and instantly gave me a cheaper quote. Then he gave mean even better deal. Also informing me that one call will reinmburse me for any cancellation fee with the other broker. He kindly rang me back to confirm new quote and payment. Very nice man. Thank you for helping me sort out a difficult situation with regards to dual cover. well done!

I changed my car over today and did not get back home until after 1900, I logged onto the Portal and chatted online with AR5 who transferred my insurance in 10 mins, swift a speedy service indeed and I received reduced benefits. Top class as always well done πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

i had agent ce2 and je6 who were both very helpful in amending my policy. Je6 was very honest with my policy amendments and gave me all the information i needed. CE2 was very good at making sure my policy was all sorted and amended. Thank you both

Your Agent AF1 was extremely helpful, efficent and offereing excellent service.with our policy renewal. We were happy to proceed with the new renewal quote and would recommend anyone to check their options and quotes by speaking to your Agent first.
