“MC2 sorted things out for me so quickly. I needed to access my account but realised that I never finalised the activation of my account at the time of purchasing H&C insurance. I logged into live chat and within a couple of minutes, MC2 got me access to my account and ensured that a renewal quote would be sent out very soon. Simple and effective. Thanks! :)”

“I had a query and could not find anything on my docoments for my motor insurance that covered it. “ET3 called me after i tried online and just failed miserably. It was about one hour after i gave up. This was something I wasn’t expecting. Elisha was so helpful and supportive the experience after trying so hard online was a blessing we all need more Elisha’s so easy to listen to and patience when dealing with people like me elderly and needing someone with patience and understanding bless her i was relieved and it didn’t take as long it did when i tried ( the easy quick way) bless her i am able to relax now thank you so much Elisha xx”
