“The first contact was through the portal and I couldn't find what I needed so I had to type a message that did not go well at all ,I felt the person just wasn't interested 😕 that lead me to call because I was a bit miffed !! I was connected to a lovely lady VH5 (Vienna) she understood my request and had my problem solved within 15 minutes...I was very happy indeed 😊”
