“i have been with them for many years now and have found them to be consistent and loyal to their customers. I have saved me on a number of occasions recently when i have broken down as well as needed a windscreen repair. Each time I renew they always come with competitive prices and for this reason I have stuck with them for many years now. kp3 was especially helpful with my renewal for 2025. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the business and seemed to really care.”

“I was chatting to EW9, it was not the easiest question for him to answer ( bereavement). He was very understanding and made me feel listened to.was unsure about using the live chat but made me feel at ease, I am now waiting for a response as a difficult one to answer.”

“I was chatting to agent KR2 about my renewal quote which was significantly higher than comparison quotes. She was very helpful, quick to respond and explained everything clearly, including why the quote could not be reduced quite as much as I had hoped - but I understood why that was the case.”
