“Spoke to Pat (PE2) who was VERY helpful and managed to get one of the two issues I had sorted out immediately. Pat was also extremely helpful in advising how I could sort the second issue out and offered a number of suitable options. Great work....really positive talking to fellow humans....other Insurance Companies should take note!!”
