“The 5 stars is for Tabitha TS4 who dealt with the problem, not for One Call who validated my no claims and missed out the final year, then tried to put £53 additonal premium on my account plus a £42 admin charge. Tabitha requested a copy of my no claims from the previous insurer, checked everything and updated my account .”
