“I contacted One Call about my home insurance renewal quote. My issue was dealt with by SF3. I had received a cheaper quote on a comparison website and did not think I would be renewing with One Call. SF3 asked if he could look at my details and see if he could come up with an improved quotation. This he did very quickly and efficiently and made the process very straightforward for me. He matched and indeed slightly bettered the alternative quote I had received and I ended up renewing with One Call. Thank you again, S3.”

“ME8 I recently had an experience with One Call live chat and found the service to be very quick and painless.
