I was not able to get reduced payments during covid 19 even though they offer payment holidays, I wasn't asking for a payment holiday just asking to pay a reduced rate until I return to work as I am on furlough

all i wanted was some idea how much it would cost if i changed my bike yamaha sr125 to a honda cbf125 worth£1200 before i have brought it so i could budget for it and you was unable to help until i had purchase the bike very disappointing being a customer for over two years

I do not have a car anymore and on cancelling my insurance it cost me £109!! I expected to pay fees but feel this was astronomical. Also online chat was very slow.

I’m still waiting for two refunds, even after speaking to two agents this week and they guaranteed my money would be back in my bank between 3 and 5 days , oh well I guess I’ll be stressed again Monday when I ring through and get another unprofessional on the phone 😡

Poor response times, v difficult to reach by telephone even before Covid 19. Insurer now in admin and underwriters also in question meaning would have to resort to FSCS for any claim and no refund for remaining term of insurance offered. V poor.

No phone contact, just live chat which kept disconnecting, rest of my open internet pages fine. Tried three times and still no idea if my car insurance has actually been cancelled as requested. Very frustrating

Still waiting after a year for my claim to be sorted out and it takes 3 weeks to chase one client for one answer. My no claims is being affected and all I get is we will chase again, I shouldn't have to keep contacting them to get an answer.

During first on line chat kept getting asked questions re other quotes that I had had without ever answering my initial question...could you match the new quote I was given by another agency. My call was timed out. This evening same procedure to log in, told I was at the wrong department .Try again ! Potential loss of customer!

change all my policy details with you all the time but could not help me with changing direct debit dates as advised to go to close brothers who I have no information for ie account number etc

I accept that these are difficult times but i did feel that the process of trying to make contact with you was very difficult. I tried LiveChat option to be given options that were not relevant. I kept trying. It was clearly automatic with limited options which was no use to me. I then called a phone number, waited for 10minutes only for the line to cut off on me. I tried LiveChat again and was successful. I was disappointed to find out that you do not give any discount because of the Covid pandemic like other insurers which i thought was shabby.

The process of cancelling a policy that has come to it’s end with you Is so frustrating. I don’t think it’s right to be asked to send your new insurance certificate before cancellation can be made.
