The automated system is poor and understanding these are difficult times the electronic system kept disconnecting and I was having to log back in so from my first attempt Thursday it took till Monday to eventually make contact. We are all working remotely and even though we have emails and text systems we also make sure we have phone communication for those who may not have electronic systems ( and there are many) this may be something to consider and is doable from home and part of customers care

Very bad experience with you. I’m trying to cancel my policy and can’t get help from anyone. Poor customer service. Will not recommend

Was left absolutely speechless after my insurance was trebled after a mistaken d/d was stopped . I then changed my policy to another vehicle worth less than the original to be told I had to put another 175 pounds to it because I'd had a claim .I've never claimed in my life and after another 2 hours to there claims dept was told I was right I've never claimed a further 1 hour later I get back to the original dept to tell them that there claim dept had verified there was no claim to be told that was the price I had to pay and they wouldn't give me my 175 back I asked to cancel and although my insurance is paid fully till September I was told there was no refund due so I'm paying nearly 600 for a van that's worth a little more than 1000 I'm 53 never claimed had full no claims this is robbery

I have had to submit my documents and licences several times. And had letters saying they are cancelling my insurance unless I send the same documents they have already had

Was very helpful and saved me money on my renewal but I did ask for proof in e-mail etc but not received it. My new policy quote is still saying more money wasted hour on phone so may switch.

Poor online interface , difficult to work with compared to other insurers I've used previously . Won't be using when renewal comes around .

Can’t talk to anybody went on a live chat .but that person couldn’t help me don’t know if I’m covered or not but I have made a payment 😡

First this insurance is very hard to contact and speak with anyone and very expensive

I have been unable to access the live chat option for some reason and as the call centre phone numbers are not in operation the only option I had was to write to customer services by post. I have had a reply but it has taken me over a week to get through just to renew my policy at the last minute before it runs out. This would have been the same if I had had a breakdown or accident. I appreciate the logistical difficulties at this difficult time but feel you should give a phone number for people to call in urgent circumstances - even if this is a voicemail option and you can call us back it would be better than nothing - other companies seem to be managing it better.

The live chat I find very slow and tedious. I still don't know what the portal system is. The person on the live chat was very helpful but clearly they are "chatting" with several people at the same time which leaves you "hanging" until they get back to you.

Just a change in vehicle. Basic car yet insurance doubled in price!!!!! Pure greed. Had over 10 years NCB no claims, no accidents. These insurance companies need a kick up the Rse.... 😡😡😡

I appreciate that you’re short staffed but a lot of us oldies really struggle dealing with new technology, when all I wanted was a answer to a simple question and just speak to someone. My enquiry has taken so far 55 minutes. When do I receive my documents?

Not my favourite way of doing business, renewing my car insurance took approx 45 mins . Would much prefer a chat rather than this . At the end of the day I would not use again unless there was no alternative, but under today’s cv19 issues it is what it is. I just hope the policy is cancelled ok and not renewed automatically. I did take out another one with One insurance but have received no e Mail to confirm as yet . So not a good service as far as I am concerned.

When renewing my policy I was offered the platinum membership. Which should have come with membership card and handy key fob card - as explained in renewal letter - great very handy for car and wallet. One week after my renewal still no membership card!! Spoke on the web chat with advisor and was told “no we do t send them out anymore” that was it, no further explanation of help. Now this may appear like a small matter to some but I don’t really want to be logging on to the portal if I have an accident or breakdown to get the information. A membership card and key fob is also a great way of promoting the company!! Disappointed that the renewal letter offers this service and then when you accept the renewal they say they have withdrawn that service.

Not sure on the actual insurance, but waited 17 mins for the answer to one question on the on-line chat service, very slow & no option for them to actually telephone you back
