Following considerable frustration when not being able to pay for an additional payment by way of the payment portal I then received a cancellation notice telling me that my policy was being cancelled. Again contacted One Call via chat and was fortunate to be dealt with most professionally by Katie who without further a do took the additional payment there and then and reactivated the policy. If only the other chat agents had been so obliging. Thank you Katie!

Rubbish service waited ages to get through told I then had to go to a premium service waited ages again. Not really given the information I required

Looking to add our son to my policy. Told no because he doesn't reach the underwriters criteria. Unable to tell me the criteria. Explored temporary insurance until august and was quoted £1700.

Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, it does happen sometimes where a driver falls outside our panel of insurer’s acceptance criteria. We always do our best to find you an alternative insurer and can only apologise that this wasn't possible on this occasion.

B12 Absolutely desgrase full list advisor said please go to platinum. Team closed window 2nd advisor Bradley told me no post code no chat how come 1st advisor brought up info knew then I was platinum but the 2nd one said not matching failed question so mad now as I have to change plate info on car it law no one helping me at all

As an insurance broker we work with a number of insurance providers to search the market for the best price and cover for our customers. Insurers do regularly change their prices which can cause fluctuations. I am sorry to hear that you feel the price we could offer was too expensive. Thank you for your feedback.

Nothing to do with the advisor I spoke to, but not excellent customer service wanting to charge £141 for cancellation, especially in the current circumstances, not impressed, won’t be using one call again

As an older person I object to only being able to contact you by email or live chat..I found it very frustrating trying to pilot my way around the website to be able to download my insurance document.Why cant the staff answer calls from home??

I had no issues with one call insurance until I decided to change my car today and ask for a new quote from One call and was shocked at the difference in price against other similar insurance companies offering the same level of cover !!! I have never understood why insurance companies are quite happy just to let their good , , solid existing customers leave without at least trying to be competitive on price to give me a reason to stay but are quite happy to take on new customers at lower opening offers ??? The quote I was given today over the phone was at least £360 more than at least 3 other companies and when I went online that increased to nearly £1,000 a year more ... how can that be right please explain ? This is why the good citizens of the UK have such a dim , untrusting view of insurance companies in general as it just looks like most of you are trying to profiteer out of genuine hard working consumers ... a very angry Paul Henry

Useless website. with lockdown. Trying to get refund due to reduced mileage. Can't ring anyone. live chat doesn't work and no advise on website. Typical insurance company, want your premium but if you need help nowhere to be seen. Will not renew with this lot!!

We have been waiting for over 4 weeks to be audio recordings to resolve a dispute. We have had to request 3 times and are still waiting !

Customer service poor,Was charged £39 for admin fee on the portal which was not fully explained That this charge for motorcycles only not for a van or car why? No NHS discounts.
