I just wanted to cancel my policy and I felt like I wasn’t being listened to.

Easy to insure a 2nd car, claimed the £40 discount, all good, so if that is all you are doing, great. But then swapped cars, lost the £40 discount, paid £24 fee (fee I understand) so feel a bit cheated on the prices, as could have reinsured cheaper elsewhere, but would have had to pay £80 to exit (after less than 1 weeks insurance - £49.99 fee that is disclosed, £30 for 1 weeks insurance when pro rata it should have been around £3.50). So feeling annoyed & a bit cheated on the price.

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the service you received. Some changes are unfortunately subject to additional cost, particularly if they involve changing an address, a vehicle or a driver. In addition to this there is an administration amendment fee to cover the time/resources to make that change. We do appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have just taken out a car insurance with you yesterday. Going through the documentation this morning so i can set up accident info number on my phone i have been given 3 24 hour contact numbers very confusing. Why ? i received a email from you quoting 01302568737 the web shows 02037387300 my insurance certificate shows 03451223018. I am confused Please let me know which i should ring and why three different numbers . Trev

You will need to contact the Claims Department on 02037387300. Please listen to all of the options available and choose the most relevant to your query, for reporting new claims, the line is open 24-hours a day 365 days a year. For existing claims the opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm

They were supposed to call me. I waited, but no one called. I cannot use the chat system as I get migraines doing the small e mailing so it was important to call me back....nothing!

I really think you should have telephone lines open by now. We're 8 weeks into Covid-19 and other companies are available by phone. Live chat only goes so far although the 2 people I have "chatted" with today did everything they could to help so this is no criticism of them (jf3 I think & tg1).

I understand that covid-19 is changing the way we live and work, but I would have thought that yoo would still have phone support. I work for Sky at home and we are still dealing with calls. Also other insurance companies I spoke to today had telephone support. So I am very disappointed. I might have stayed with you if I could have discussed my policy

I have had a chat twice now with your advisors and every time have been told the certificate of insurance should be fine now, every time I go to print it off in PDF doc it prints off with missing letters please can you sort this out otherwise I will be cancelling my insurance with yourselves. terrible experience I have had with one call will not recommend this company to anyone else

On comparision web site, Legal assistance, breakdown cover, and all other benefit was included within the premium, but when renew it, all are additional charges. Information on comparision web site was misleading.

All of our insurance policies come with a free basic Breakdown cover and also a free basic Legal cover. We do offer upgrades to this policy if the basic cover dose not meet your demands and need. Thank you for your review.

1 hours and 3 mins to add an additional driver onto my policy. ac7 Arron wasn't dealing with the full pack on the chat line almost to the point that he appeared to be obstructive

Can never get through and when you do a chat you get passed from pillar to post I received no copy email of conversation to cancel as requested and I have got renewal docs in post so will have to repeat the process again.

waited for 15 minutes in a queue. The One Call Rep was not friendly and left me waiting during the chat. I had to ask him if he was still there twice. There was no 'is there anything else i can do for you' at the end. poor expereince
