Not impressed with the service ive been with one call for a number of years, i attempted to put my partner on my car insurance don't know if it was successful or not i went into live chat asked how i get ont platinum chat and was cut off so I'm in limbo as regarding my partner being put on my policy?.

I had tried to change my insurance details via the portal and finally chat feature which are the only options at present. The portal could not find my new vehicle, and on chatting to at least 3 advisors over 3 days and hours spent during that process, they were unable to help either. Plus at my last attempt the database crashed cutting me off, which mean't I had to start the process again! Finally I was able to change my vehicles just 30 minutes before I had arranged to collect the car and after suggesting that I cancel the policy and go elsewhere? I do not include any of the advisors in this criticism, they all helped as much as possible but the software let the down. In a week or so when I receive my registration documents I will have to try to have my own reg number changed to my vehicle and therefore Insurance, I do not relish the prospect!

Given Covid 19 the lengthy delay to wait to speak with someone on the chat line was understandable. However once I’d progressed though the queue and been redirected to a totally unrealistic quote to add a driver to my policy I gave up. Your quote was over £900 we were able to add the same driver to our policy on our other car for an additional £100. Very difficult to understand the huge discrepancy.

Renewal quote was over £100 more expensive than all of the cheapest 10 quoted to me by Gocompare. This is why I cancelled the policy. A completely unacceptable figure from my Insurer of last year.

Consistency sadly lacking.some people like me are not computer savvy,your live chats are so slow with a very negative attitude from some of your advisors.telephone chats quicker and more personal.

They might be called ‘One Call’ for a reason because when I needed to make an address change on my policy (a second call), they wanted £40 for the privilege. In addition they demanded an additional c£70 increase in the premium which seemed at odds with the reduction I got on a second car I own and my wife’s insurance policy which was cheaper albeit from other providers. So when there is talk about premiums being reduced due to people not driving so much at the only

As instructed i used the live chat to ask questions before cancelling my renewal. Queues were up to 42 and 6 times I was kicked out before it got to me and had to start again because you offered no other option to cancel. when i did get someone she, username cr4 was excellent, patient, helpful and took a lot of trouble to try and secure renewal. in the end though I went elksewhere for a better price with same cover

I didn’t mind the wait at the beginning of the live chat, 44 in front of me in the queue, but the waiting time in between my comments with the advisor waiting for him to respond, were extremely long. Not really helpful

I spoke to James JI8 who was very helpful. Unfortunately he was not able to resolve my problem. I asked last Friday to change the vehicle on my policy, was told it had to be referred to an underwriter, and a week later I am still waiting for them to get back to me. I understand things are a bit difficult at the moment but even so a week is still a long time to be waiting with no outcome in sight.

Gave me a poor quote for renewal, and then it took over a hour waiting for a live chat, and getting them to do one simple thing i.e.Stop my renewal. The agent GC6 who dealt with it was OK but had to go through an extensive series of questions before finally agreeing to cancel. Which has NOT yet been accepted?

Mm9 was very helpful and promptly provided the info requested, unlike other colleagues whom I had corresponded with previously. Mm9 was a breath of fresh air. I still have ongoing problems with One Call regards a refund. If the other staff were as helpful I’m sure my review rating would have been much higher.
