Think it's very misleading to be sent letters to say because I've been a platinum member for years I could insure multiple vehicles to then find out I couldn't insure a second vehicle.....disappointing

I have been trying to make changes to my policy. The very fact that I haven’t been able to speak to someone has caused a lot of stress. I am of an age where I can’t use technology very well. Twice now, I have been in the live chat and failed.

Very easy to take out insurance but when you need to cancel because your vehicle breaks down and you can't afford to fix it yet. They rip you off for canceling will never use onecall again steer clear.

Live chat fails and disconnects. Does not keep previous chat so have to restart the chat over and over. The link from the faq to live chat misdirects to wrong department. Sorted change of address on 6th attempt. Considering the only contact channel is live chat the functionality is limited

Getting hold of anyone is so difficult! I called initially and opted for a call back, saving my place in the queue. After 20 minutes I heard nothing so decided to call again, this time waiting for an operator. I spoke to an operator after about 15 minutes waiting but due to interference on my mobile I asked if she could call me on my landline number, which I provided....and guess what...no call back! I then decided to try the online chat system...35 in the queue! I managed to start the online chat at 17:11 with the chat ending at 18:45! To be fair the operator (CA4) got my renewal quote down by £50 from the one originally quoted and CA4 was very informative and helpful with my questions. So, when you do get hold of someone they are helpful it's just the time it seems to take to get there and get your final answer. Customer support - 4 star Waiting to speak to customer support - 2 star

I had to ask my daughter for help to do the computer talk as I am not computer literate. I would like to stay independent as long as I can .if this is going to be the case I will have to look for another insurance company . I feel I am being victimised against.

Impossible to contact over the telephone. The telephone number is not in any documentation, or on their website. For everyone else here it is after hours of hunting it down. 01302558603

Spent best part of 40mins talking to 'Oliver' original quote given was £218... explained i could get it a lot cheaper + £250 free excess given by Go Compare. Line disconnected!! Went back on waited in queue,finally got thru to 'Oliver' yet again... went thru it all again and finally got exact same ins cover for £196 but when i go into my portal its still at £218 🤬 I have more to do with my time than spend more than an hour trying to get a quote only to find its not been updated on my portal

Very difficult to get in touch with after having a nightmare with a rude member of staff I finally got a very simple issue dealt with by another member of staff. Don’t look forward to getting in touch again as it’s a lot of waiting around

Not a customer friendly process. Impossible to speak, except texting on live chat. Trying to add a temporary driver was convoluted and expensive. Failed at double authentication with bank. Almost an hour of my life to no avail! Why oh why can’t you provide a human on the end of the phone??

I took out insurance on 1st July, contacted you via chat on 4th July asking for my account details, and was told they would be emailed within minutes, the only email I received was to leave a review, and still no account details!

I was told by you that I could compare your personal injury and the third party’s personal injury before signing, when you put me through to the claims department they said that you were wrong. Thanks for wasting my time

Struggled to make a payment for one month and they punished me by fining me another £15 on top of my premiums . How can anyone get straight if you fine us for missing one payment
