Very poor service. Waiting nearly 5 hours now and still nothing. Quick to take your money and do nothing about it

Hi. On this one occasion I really needed to speak with someone. I have van insurance with you but unfortunately my van broke down so the reoair garage gave me a van to use while mine gets repaired, this is where a second insurance policy was taken out at what I thought was expensive. The no telephone contact made it difficult. I can not rate the customer service because I didnt receive any. Thanks

The wait for phone lines and also chat line are unacceptable. Really despite covid restrictions customer care needs to be reinstated. Despite this, call staff and chat line staff are capable friendly and helpful. But there’s only so much they can do over a chat line so it’s needing remedied. Would put me off recommending One call.

Wanted to change insurance from one motorcycle to another, these sharks wanted to charge me an extra £450 plus an admin charge of £20+pounds, got bike insured elsewhere for £120, will now cancel my insurance with these money grabbers

Same as any Ins Co..,BUT I feel you are ripping off loyal customers...My renewal was £73 higher than last year. Then on a "Go Compere"I could get my insurance from you for less...Then, when I rang your company the assistant told me she could get me a better quote... Why all this bother, just send me a reasonable quote in the first instance and I would have accepted it... But no !! You had to try and rip customers off...Thus I will not be renewing with you and have gone to another cheaper quote with exactly the same benefits..

I think that it is unusual that I cannot speak to one of your operatives by telephone. Having to type a query is time- consuming and one is not always able to get across the full point of your problem. My first difficulty was trying to register my account with you. On entering my chosen password I kept getting the message 'NOT Strong Enough', even though the password I chose was far stronger than what I use for my banking !

I have to say that Jordan (JL4) was lovely on the phone. The only reason that I did not give five stars is because last year I was paying £262.79 to insure my Land Rover with you, now you want £377.44. That’s an increase of £115 or 44% and that is too much. Why is that? Jordan managed to reduce this to £324 but that is still too great an increase; way way above reasonable inflation.

Having spent over 30 mins talking to TiaG this morning the internet on your side went down so I then had to start all over - why can you not have a telephone number so I could actually speak to someone. There is no personal contact with your company and I very much doubt I will be renewing my insurance next year.

I don't understand why you are called One Call and yet I can't call and speak to anyone!! Tonight I tried to alter a car insurance . After being 27th in the queue and eventually getting through to Samantha and answering a few questions my connection ended. All a waste of time because I will have to start from the very beginning again now. Samantha was very efficient with her questions but the whole system seems unsatisfactory to me.

Initial comment: Disappointing that unable to have a telephone chat, nor to get an email from One Call to confirm the cover change that has been made. I then received a follow up telephone call, and was told that the change had been logged in section 4 of the online policy details .... I would suggest that this information should have been provided as an answer to the online chat question i asked

Amazing how my renewal was considerably more than last year with no claims, reduced mileage and reduced car value. After looking at all options via live chat, only £0.11 per month reduction offered. Shame, as I would have liked to stay will One Call but customer retention obviously isn’t their thing.

Whilst Daniel L who dealt with my enquiry I was on chat for well over an hour which is totally unacceptable. You should have a dedicated customer service line for customers. If you can't promise to provide this I will go elsewhere at renewal. I was on a poor internet connection. Why do you have telephone as an option when it doesn't exist. I even had to wait in queue to get to an agent. Very poor customer service. The internet and customer chat should not be the only option. My problem was solved by it took well over an hour.
