The insurance has been fine But to cancel a policy you charge £69 Now that is a disgrace Never ever again and I will certainly let everyone know on Facebook 😪😪😪

Very tired of being sent an e-mail which just tells me to go to a website to see my documents. Just attach the wretched things to the e-mail!! Better still, mail them to me on paper.

Tried to change vehicle details on the Portal because you can’t speak to anyone in Person and the chat facility took at least 45 mins to sort out. Absolutely diabolical

Poor didn’t really understand what I wanted from the online portal. You can’t send paperwork out to your customers is not very good.

If yo see the name one call on your insurance run a mile great people if u don’t have a claim but if u do they will try every trick in the book to get out of it Bob Brennan

In Jan 2022 took out a policy on a house in Highcliffe for £137..But the purchase fell thro and I never moved there so it would still have been insured by the Seller not me....All the refund I am to get is around £29 and the cancellation is costing me a further £59.. As I am now insuring my present property with you from tomoro 28 May 2022 , I feel that you are penalising me unfairly on the Woodhayes Avenue BH23 4RW. JOHN MAXWELL GOSLING

Very poor Customer Service. I spoke to a lady called Jessy F, on live chat. Because she was too busy going for a cup of tea for 10 mins, writing a couple of sentences and going for dinner again, I had to stay glued on the phone for 70 mins. I only wanted to swap the car on the same policy which should have taken her no longer than 10 min max. She kept asking me the same questions she asked me 15 minutes ago and to say that I felt “frustrated” is understatement. I was extremely close to not renew my insurance with One Call just because of her. Honestly, the poorest experience I’ve had with insurance Customer Services

The agent that handled my query was ok and I am satisfied with the service that they provided. However, I do not like the fact that I could only contact one call via chat. I had called the number that was shown on my contract document only to get a message saying I had to contact you via chat. I tried and was cut off because I don't type fast. I had given up and started the process of seeking out another insurance provider but on about a week later I decided to try again and finally got through. I do not like the idea of speaking via chat

Thank you for your automatically generated standardised reply form which is typical of the impersonal service available from anywhere currently. The companies that stand out are those not using standardised vanilla technology. Sadly that is not One Call. They are very few and far between. I have yet to make my claim but do not anticipate it being easy given the trouble I had for a simple answer to a simple question on the chat line.

I was unable to enter all the details and when I spoke to the person was informed I would have to pay to update the details so I cancelled the policy immediately
