Whilst Daniel L who dealt with my enquiry I was on chat for well over an hour which is totally unacceptable. You should have a dedicated customer service line for customers. If you can't promise to provide this I will go elsewhere at renewal. I was on a poor internet connection. Why do you have telephone as an option when it doesn't exist. I even had to wait in queue to get to an agent. Very poor customer service. The internet and customer chat should not be the only option. My problem was solved by it took well over an hour.

LH1 was very helpful so thankful to her. As for the insurance company themselves: tried the number on their website, not available anymore you MUST use chat. The company has not emailed any form of PDF or details of my cover, only online (which I couldn't get into). Won't be sticking with this lot, the classic strategy of making it as hard as physically possible to find information is standard for One Call. Easieat thing you can do is give them money. fancy that.

My telephone call to one Insurance was spot on! Unfortunately they couldn’t provide me with a reasonable quote to change my insurance to another car with I could get elsewhere for £20 less per month

I contacted one call to add business to my existing policy. There was no clear number displayed on the portal to contact an advisor so I used “Live chat” queued what seemed an eternity, just to be told that I could add business to me policy because of the underwriter. I was annoyed, but understandable- as I had contacted out of office hours. As a Nurse, that work shifts, it is difficult to get things done outside of said office hours. I was then emailed to expect a phone call two days following as the issue was not resolved. No number provided. I had to Queue again for live chat for about 20mins , eventually the instruction to was to call!? I asked for the number and had to queue again, to have to go through the same thing for the 3rd time. When I got through eventually the operator sorted the problem without any issue? Which made me feel like I’d massively wasted my time, when the matter was sorted quickly. Why couldn’t this be sorted by an advisor on the live chat?! It is very annoying.

Took nearly an hour online to change insurance to new vehicle. No phone number to ring instead of live chat. Live Chat kept threatening to close due to inactivity despite the call being active. For a Company called One Call the fact you can't call them seems bizarre. This is a step backwards in customer service. They need to sort the technology and greatly speed up the process. Not impressed.

typical rip off insurance , want to add business to my policy £55 for the privalage more than a 3rd extra for an added little thing as i need it for a new job and they referred me to their live chat instead of trying to use the normal online change to policy where i would have had a discount but not because they needed more info.apparently. would over all be cheeper to go to a comparison site for a whole new policy lasting a whole year including what i was requesting. between theses showers and the price of peterol is there any point one asks ?

Long waiting times on phone calls if you can actually find a number! When eventually connected, said they are an agency and gave me another number to phone.. they, were shut too. Wasted 2 hours over the Jubilee weekend on the phone with no real help!

So far I tried making a claim thrursday and Friday, I understand it was a bank holiday. But then today I tried calling them got cut of called back was put through to the department that is too busy to answer. Went on the life chat where on the call the message is that an experiemced advisor will make the claim quicker but they have send me to another phone number which was too busy to answer. I went into the client area there is a box to make a claim but after submitting my identity was given the same phone number again. So hard to make a claim.

Ridiculous I could not ring someone had to wait in portal queue and I m at work. Can t ring for insurance quote to change my car. Sorted for first query but couldn’t answer q re new insurance no time to wait again 30th in queue. I will ring a companyI can speak with.

Your office number appears to be no longer in use. I needed to contact a real person in order to update my car insurance as, after going through the portal and online chat, this could not be done on line. It took me 2 days to make contact, as no one appears to answer the contact number I was given. The guitar music plays constantly, with no indication if I was in a queue or how long I was expected to wait in a queue. Once I finally got through to a person he was very helpful but before finalising the insurance the phone call was cut off!!!!! I did receive a call from yourselves a few hours later and the insurance was finalised. I have contacted you in the past with no problems, but this time it was extremely stressful and time consuming. Please ensure that you are contactable by telephone, or make a call back option available.

Took for ever to sort situation out and get want I wanted, very slow process, much quicker by phone ! Wanted a new policy to take out but won't bother now.

On this occasion not the cheapest however I was pretty much tied in and had no option to move. The online service was terrible. Long wat fir the live chat znd was basically no use. I then had to phone twice really long waits. Overall not great once this period is over won't be using u again.
