I was trying to obtain a quote for a temp additional driver ..spoke to the team on chat but wasn't helpful..

Despite advising that i couldn’t access my account online I was told by 2 people to change my address online. I was sent a link to verify my email and a link to change my password and I still cannot log on. It’s just says to check my details are correct. I have had this issue every time I have tried to access my account in the past. I asked the operator to change my address and was told to do it online. I will be moving into a new house on Monday without house insurance because your phone lines are closed until Monday and your live chat operators won’t change my address.

I tried to tell onecall that I am moving from one address to another gave them all my details they said they had none with the name I gave them. All I wanted to do was change my address I have car and contents insurance as I am renting the propert

Customer service line, not working. Chat one took over 30 mins price to adjust £25.14 asked for email or phone number as had a hospital appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. Chat two he looked at file and new price £68.66, this is just 24 hr after last call. My policy does not start for another 10days. Chat three as chat two finished and couldn’t get back to him, To cancel in less than 48hr cooling off time £49.99 I find that the increase of £41 for exactly the same issue is unacceptable when asked for email to pay from chat one

You can't speak to any one they push you down the road,of doing what you need to do on line not very helpful. If I could I would cancel this insurance....

I had a scary letter giving me 5 days to provide NI no and driving licence no. Only had to confirm email and phone details. Did that and advised all OK. Very confusing now another text saying insurance will be cancelled as no license details despite the live chat saying all OK after waiting 40th in queue. Went to portal and provided info, no acknowledgement. Waiting for next text! Further email to say no license details and policy to be cancelled. If only they would talk on the phone as they did when we first took out insurance with them.

The chat wait wasn't too bad, but the whole experience was negative. I was really looking for advice in my current situation looking for a temporary vehicle and not being accused of trying to do something underhand in any way.

I had my previous car insurance with One Call. I bought and collected my new car on Saturday. It was difficult to get hold of One Call, since now email/paperwork has been received to say the company is now online. The operative I spoke to yesterday didn't help, I signed into the online Portal today and was FINALLY given a number I could ring. The operative quoted a cost for the cover for 1 years insurance. I have bought the same through compare the market AND through One Call for £80 cheaper !!!

Disappointing that you can’t run through the detail of the insurance with someone as that is much easier to explain than via a chat line. The assumptions are important but need clarifying to OneCall as they could invalidate any insurance and no one should have to take that risk. The price was competitive but I’m not sure I’ll take this up now??

A little disappointed that there is no human communication other than live chat. This was the reason I took insurance with you as you were a local company with someone at the end of a phone line.

Just took out moped insurance and waiting for the certificate to be emailed!! You took my deposit immediately but now I cannot ride bike because you haven't sent the documents. More interested in sending me several emails asking how you did!! Sort it out please

I’ve contacted you 3 times now since I took my insurance out yesterday, I’ve still not received an activation email to view policy details, each time I’ve been told it has been resent, nothing, But I receive an email asking me how you ‘be done!! Doesn’t help that you can’t seem to be able to speak to anyone on the phone!

Price was cheap. There is no customer helpline to contact in the event of a breakdown, it has to be done online which could be a problem if breakdown is in an isolated location. What breakdown services don't have a telephone number to contact for help???
