Cannot understand how quote from you guys was €426 ish and go compare Web site with one call is£175 ish so not sure if your advisor is up to speed ! Tried once more and after 20 minuites with an advisor they informed me I had gone to the wrong department ! Please could somebody just make a phone call to resolve this, I do not want to move to another company but I see this as no other choice.

I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get an answer re cancellation of policy but each time when using the chat line I either didn’t get an answer or the session expired. I have even replied to an e mail but again no answer. I am anxious to resolve this issue as my policy is due to be cancelled on the 3rd May 2022. The only positive was the last on line chat I had with Tyler who told me that my policy would remain live for the present. Thanks

BD2 was good though the constant plugging of breakdown was not required. I typed for my mother, this is an absolutely ridiculous method of contacting the insurer. all this to save money and probably not use a UK call centre, if i didn't type for my mother the chat would have lasted even longer and on going now

You have caused me problems I have not encountered before. I cannot get in touch with a previous insurer to provide the evidence of a claim made in 2019 either online or by phone.

Don’t really know yet as I don’t know if my car is insured or not for next year as I have had no confirmation and no payment has been taken out of my bank Ref No is 4937347911. Deposit should be £53.45

No other contact method apart from chatting online? It does say 'ONE CALL' Insurance....? And you can't call them. Great marketing.

I wanted to add my son to my policy and I had to go onto the portal to do this (very time consuming)! I would prefer to talk to somebody on the phone rather than try and explain everything on a portal. Not very happy with this arrangement at all.

It is very frustrating that you have deal with any matters via the Internet. What if people don't have access to the Internet. Very poor service

Disappointed to find that it is impossible to speak to anyone in person with my insurance transfer to new car query. Also very disappointed when trying to extend my old car cover for a couple of hours to enable insured travel extension of time due to traffic jams in order to travel to exchange cars. Poor form One Call :(

One call it's the west company to deal with I had more than 4cars insured with the company but it's stressful and waste of time more specially when you need help or broken down you need to try something else otherwise you are done

The product may be very good, although I did not need to test it. However, your service is absolutely appalling; I spent more than a hour on the phone trying to amend my policy.

The assistant today was really helpful up to the point where we got cut off. The cost of insurance is very competitive however the confirmation hadn’t arrived 3 days after payment. There doesn’t seem to be a live phone number (should be called no call insurance) Then the chat bot took me an hour and 20 mins overall to get the problem sorted. Not impressed so for, would not be recommending to any friends yet.
