Service on line not good, took forever to get an answer and was slow in reply. Your phone line kept cutting me off not impressed with the customer so called service

I always sort out my husband's insurance for his van. So when I rang One Call and informed them that I did not want to auto-renew because I was looking at other quotes online, the person I spoke to said that was okay. Then the policy renew date came up and One Call still took payment directly from my card (it was higher than other quotes I had received). I called them to complain and cancel. They told me that they would have to speak to my husband directly as the policy was in his name. I explained that I had spoken to someone before the renew date to cancel and they did not say at the time that they would need to speak to my husband to do this. Perhaps their customer service staff need better training?

One Call but can not call. 50 minute wait to use the chat facility. Still waiting after 5 days for my no claims email Simple to invoke, difficult to cancel.

Not the best company. Doesn’t believe what you say about no claims bonus. Want to charge extra as they say you have not told the truth! Proved my entitlement and asked for a call back when problem solved. Was told it would be dealt with and should I not hear anymore it would be done. Not satisfactory!

Callum (CA4) and Jordan were good. However the overall customer experience was poor. It took hours yesterday, I was 40th in the que for live chat !! The phone number provided doesn't work. It was a frustrating and time wasting experience.

The first agent that I spoke to was totally unable to deal with my query. He finally sent me to a different department. They couldn't help me and sent me back to.the original department, where I spoke to a different agent. Finally he was able to understand that, in buying a new car I needed to move my no claims bonus from my old insurance. It took me over an hour. It was rubbish service. Surely people buy new cars all the time. What was so difficult to understand?

Hi, I believe One Call insurance is getting worse and if was aware of these bad services I wouldn’t take insurance with you. It took me half a day to get reply from One Call customer service.

I am dyslexic and what a nightmare to get hold of this company by telephone I can’t use the Internet as I can’t spell properly and it took me over 2 1/2 hours to actually speak to someone when I finally got a telephone number which was a nightmare to get hold of to actually get through to someone have now cancelled my policy

£90 to cancel a policy??? £35 to change any details? Bit steep That aside no issues. I cancelled my policy due to sale of bike. NK3 was very professional and polite.

My live chat with Chloe did what I needed…in the end! SO long to get connected to live chat. No phone numbers except for accident/emergency. Not one. Not possible to use portal for anything. Thinking at the moment that despite a very reasonable initial premium, I am not confident about One Calls business model when I really need them. I cannot fault Chloe…

Very long wait for anyone to talk too waited 20 mins for return chat ,asked to be called back by customer service ,waited 1.5 hours ,still no call back .phoned again to reception ,too complain excuse was very busy as Monday .They took my money earlier than they should have ,some 3 weeks before renewal .l want a full refund as not a happy chapter

Using the live chat is so impersonal, there should be the option to call and speak to someone,not everyone is IT savey
