The "Live Chat" service is abysmal and is the only way to contact One Call unless you have a claim. I entered the live chat as I wanted to find out when I would be receiving my car insurance renewal. I was 14th in the queue & after 20 minutes I was at queue position 8. Five minutes later I was back to number 11. After 80 minutes I finally made contact and even then did not get a straight answer to my question. Just wondering what if my query was more urgent such as a change of vehicle. I wish they would go back to telephone contact when I had no previous bother. Seriously thinking of taking my 3 policies elsewhere !!!

I'm finding it very hard to insure my vehicle without actually talking to a person on the phone as I'm not sure if I answer all the questions properly & if I make a mistake it could cause problems & live chat said I couldn't phone anymore

tried a live chat and was no 20 after a long wait the chat lasted 34 minutes and I was asked the questions that I had included in my opening request Very Frustratiing

Im still waiting for a confirmation email with my insurance details that was promised to me today. So my reason for contact is unresolved, i need my documents please.

Big queue, Sarah was fine, going by the boss of one call's big chopper and footy club and dolly bird, obviously the profits are pretty good

paid £126 for a year insurance on a classic bike 14 day later cancellation the insurance due to change of bike charged £65 for 14 days insurance got £63 refund. After a bad review.

Insurance wise, no problem. Using the website . just going around in circles. not phone number to talk to them directly. most annoying UPDATE.. after speaking to their online support and a human at the end of the phone. Issues are now resolved

Good service by keeley but it’s such a performance trying to deal with one call no telephone conversation available probably would not return to them
