I have 5 months left on my breakdown cover and wanted to convert this to a Platinum policy to include EU travel, I was told that for these 5 months it would cost me £89, the same price as a new customer would get it for a year! This also doesn't take into account I have already paid a premium for my existing cover. I also wanted to add a driver to my existing policy and was told I had to do this 28 days before I wanted it to happen. So all in all a fruitless experience! Josh B was very nice but it he can only help as much as he's allowed.

I would like to speak to person on the telephone but this seems an impossibility unless you are making a claim! Where is the humanity???

I may change this when I can talk to them. They only deal with home insurance claims Monday to Friday in office hours!! I waited till the weekend because my week days are so busy. There is no option to claim online.

Not exactly One call. Close to 7 calls and numerous emails but still waiting for One call to give the repair centre the go ahead.

Be very careful using One Call Insurance they DO NOT have a telephone service. All contact with One Call is made via live Web Chat which took about 30 minutes to deal with something relatively simple. However if you're comfortable with this method of communication go for it.

I just came out of hospital after a major operation and was told I wouldn't be able to drive for 4-5 months, so I had my car put on SORN. I contacted One Call to ask if my motor insurance could be suspended until I was able to drive angain, but was told No and if I cancelled it until I could drive there would be a £55 penalty fee, and I would lose my no claims bonus. Not very happy about this, probably won't renew with One Call again unless I get a considerable discount from the next renewal price.

Most of the country back to normalcy but it took 1hr to change a no plate because of the typing time delays plus she was trying to sell me more insurance I was nearly late for work and it cost me £5 pounds for the privilege Sheila’s wheels did it in 2mins and no charge at all for doing the same job you Doncaster people need to start talking to your customers or they will be walking there is no need for your system now plus she was probley doing about 3people at one time

Tried to buy a new policy online and save the £39 chat cancellation fee on my old policy. Could not so ended up cancelling my policy and paying £37 to cancel. I was in total about an hour on the chat.

I took out Full Comprehensive insurance with this company on line for my VW Polo in December 2021. I requested paper documents & was told, on line, that I'd receive them within 7-10 days. They never did arrive, my car has not been used for the past several months due to serious health issues so decided to sell it. I sold it on Monday 28/2/22 & emailed the company with this information & informed them I no longer required the insurance. I was totally gobsmacked when I was refunded just £39.80 but One Call kept £59.99 I expect was the cancellation fee. I have no doubt there must have been some clause or other in the 'SMALL PRINT'. The fact that there are NO telephone numbers so one is not able to speak to them should have warned me off. Personally I would NOT deal with this company ever again & nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Have been promised a phone call from the sales team twice and not heard anything. Getting a new car and just need to know if/what the new premium would be. Am now running out of time so will probably have to cancel our policy and go with someone else. Certainly will dispute paying any cancellation fee
