Purchased insurance in October 2021, asked for documents to be sent as I do not have a printer to date these have not been received, I did send an email but got no reply.

The call handler was excellent. The problems I encountered were; 1. It was extremely difficult to log in. 2.It seems ridiculous to me that I cannot speak to someone on the telephone as my query would have easily been resolved and I would have been reassured by a brief conversation with a member of staff.

Hmm. Took me three days to actually get through to someone on chat... When I did get through I was told that I had to cancel my current policy and that someone would call me back from sales within 48 hours! I understand that I may not be able to do everything on the portal but I should be able to resolve immediately by chat. And wait times should never be more than 5 minutes...

Very hard work at the beginning waited over 5 days and still no call from sales too many live chats without getting a result finally spoke to someone useful after over an hour waiting on the phone then got a call from sales. Lucus was very helpful and sorted it, at least for this year. Thank you Matthew and Lucus LO6

Terrible online chat took well over 1hr to renew my policy chat person didnt seem to understand what i was after and it ended up costing more than the renewal quotevi received in post terrrible will go elsewhere with my other vehicles and this one next year too

I couldn’t get my number plate changed by the chat and was told I could do it on the portal, which I tried first and couldn’t 🤷‍♀️ So I’m no further forward

Very dissapointed, their customer service has been excellent to date, when you actually have an issue to resolve the systems employed are far from adequate, I have cancelled my policy at great cost because I have lost all confidence in this company, I have also stopped the auto renewal on my other existing policy so I won't have the stress of having to call 'onecall'. This is not a slating of their staff, they have been excellent, this is a system issue that seriously need to be looked at by their operations team. I am still awaiting a conclusion and documents so I can go elsewhere. If you want good value cover, these are great, if you need to use it well I don't know how you'd get on based on my experience with them. Good luck.

Paid for policy in full. After payment made get a screen saying your policy isn't valid for a couple of hrs. Also states you have no cover until policy is showing on profile. Please contact chat to get immediate cover. I did this then got told I would have to wait for at least half hour. (Not immediate cover)

I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WAITING ,WAITING, WAITING (4 times) FROM sSUNDAY -WENDSDAY 20TH FEB -WENDSDAY 23RD BUT HAVE NOT HAD ANY SUCCESS I HAVE BEEN PUSHED FROM ONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER I AM WAITING TO REPORT A CLAIM WHICH HAPPENED ON SUNDAY 20TH FEB, IN THE STORM MY SHED ROOF 8X6 FT WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE WIND AND DAMAGED AND LEFT ME WITH AN OPEN SHED WHICH ALLOWED THE INSIDE TO SOAK,ALSO 2 MINI GREENHOUSES WHICH DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR COULD YOU PLEASE SEND CLAIM FORM TO MR JOHN KOFIN, POL. Waited for live chat. Was told would charge if they changed policy. Tried portal. Sent back to live chat as it said couldn't do. Once again waiting for live chat. Screen went off, lost place. Went from no. 9 to 18. Tried portal again and just kept trying to connect. Couldn't get onto portal. Absolute rubbish. Terrible service. Not the fault of live chat person.
