Good prices UNTIL you want to change something in the policy, then they are completely uncompetitive. I had to cancel the policy as the AP for a driver change was over £1000 with six months left on the policy. I could get an entire years complete policy for £600 elsewhere. Admin and cancellation fees are ridiculously high compared to other companies.

Online chat was simple but my request has not been carried out. I was chasing an email that had no attachment and was told it would be resent - still waiting

I have tried to adjust my address as the address is duplicated and the start date is 30.01.2022. I have spent hours tying to sort this out can you help me please

Cannot believe a company this size does not have a contact number the charges to make changes to your policy exspensive and I’m swapping to a smaller car yet premium goes up

I keep receiving emails EVERY MONTH telling me my direct debit is going to go out. Why??.. Really irritating. If I had reminders every month for every direct debit I have my email box would be swamped. I’ve emailed them but had no response whatsoever.

no issues with the operator that helped me today, but had a bad outcome with my husbands policy the day before, so when these end we will be moving to another company.

All I wanted to do was change my address which kept on telling me I could on the portal!! No I couldn’t- could I speak to someone No! Back to chat - again told I need to go on the portal- after finally getting someone to look at why I couldn’t she went through it for me only to cut me off. I paid the confirmed amount and 2 days later I got a text saying my policy was being cancelled. Three chat conversations later I finally had a perfect service from Megan - OMG thank god got her

All though Ben f was as helpful as possible I am old school and like to talk over the phone as I find it much easier so will sort out for now and look to go elsewhere when renewal is up as don't like live chat

The people I spoke to over the phone/Live Chat were friendly and courteous, however this was a very unprofessional experience. Wrong information, incorrect phone numbers, speaking to answer phones that didn't inform the caller of what company you had been connected to. What should have been a quick enquiry turned into a full morning of wasted time and phone calls. 'One Call' should be renamed 'Multiple Calls'

This is the first time in 18 months I have had to contact one call and I pray to god it’s the last. How can you have no means of speaking to someone in the phone? I will not renew my policy next year for that reason.
