This is the first time in 18 months I have had to contact one call and I pray to god it’s the last. How can you have no means of speaking to someone in the phone? I will not renew my policy next year for that reason.

Call took a long time. Unsure why having blue badge prevents Platinum service!!!

Terrible customer service from a live chat employee wanted to argue with me instead of helping I eventually got what I needed 3rd time lucky Lauren b was really helpful first girl I got Sioban p needs re trained

I thnk it is very poor that the telephone line was closed - i was blocked out of the portal had to resort to online chat. Wait for online chat availability and and then operator sent me a link to portal. This is the new style customer service and it stinks … i just want to speak to a human

MI1 was actually very good and I would like to praise him but the system is terrible. The live chat is too long winded. What could’ve taken 10 mins on a call took 40. Also I wanted to renew and again you were charging over the odds. Look after existing customers. I won’t renew after this experience

Operater very poor at explaining things and couldn't answer questions I asked. Was reading off a script and any question not on the script wasn't answered. A very frustrating conversationto

Bought a joint policy or so I thought, until i tried to leave the policy. Only to find out as my name was the first name on the policy and I wanted to leave it, I had to cancel the entire policy despite my partner remaining in the property and needing contents insurance.

I had a query about policy changes. It would have taken 10 minutes on a call, but because customer services do not have a number to call, it had to be an online chat. 10 minutes to get someone to chat with. It took over 45 minutes to get any sort of answer, and my inquiry still wasn't really sorted. Unless their quote is worth it when l have to renew, l will not be renewing with them. My rated stars is because of the situ, not because of the advisor.

With 8 months remaining on my policy very dissatisfied with the minimal refund. The cancellation charges are disproportionate to the cost of the policy

I changed my address on the current policy I have and got charged £24!!!! Extortion, as its only a few buttons they need to press to change the address!!! Will not be using them again once my term is up with them!

waste of time. i called ONE call only after 15 mins to be told i should call my insurance company direct ie another call. then they do not answer as it was obviously too much trouble for them, so i was then advised to call 24hr emegency number. i did this only to be told it was not an emegency so my windscreen remains broken and i have lost all fauth with ONE call

Cheap cover but careful you don't get caught out with the small print. Had to get a newer car but got stung for fees and because we have a young learner driver on the policy.

Live chat was too slow. There should be a phone number and email allowing other forms of communication. Too much paperwork is required - more than other insurers I have had in the past!

Although the chatline was OK I wanted to speak to a person directly so that I could explain my situation. I will be checking to ensure that the next insurance company I use has people to talk to and not just chatlines. You have a phone number but its very limited in choice of problem to discuss, and even when you get someone they are not working directly for you. Its not good enough
