Quite frankly, charging £24 to change an address online is pure profiteering. The only good thing was that your webchat team advised me to do it through the portal otherwise it would have been £39!!

Not the best service. Could not call to discuss so spent twice as much time typing to the chat service which was hard work. At the end they couldn't do a change of vehicle, nightmare really

Lack of ability to speak with someone in call centre so instead spent an hour and a half on live chat to potentially change car on my policy - cost to do so was very expensive premium so shopped elsewhere and saved myself £800 by going with Lv , then spent another ridiculous length of time on live chat waiting to cancel policy - long gaps in replies on the chat meant very time consuming process- disappointing compared with other live chat services I’ve used such as Amazon

Took a yearly renewal after changing my policy to a different policy on a monthly payment plan. Then only apologised that their system hadn't changed it leaving me over draw for 7 to 10 days.

I need an insurance company where I can ring up and discuss things with a person. I don't want to fill things in online and then when I think I'm getting somewhere, I am sent back to another page to start again. Feeling pretty annoyed.

Not impressed so far with the customer service I have received. Been cut off on a few occasions and even though my details are on the screen I never received any calls back. No-one really seems to care about your query.

I asked for business class to be put onto my insurance only to be charged £39 administrative charges, I work for the health care charity and thought this administration charge would be wavered.

It took an age to get through on live chat so the overall time was a lot longer than that implied and involved several attempts to engage with someone.

Switched cars on existing policy yesterday as I have changed model to similar one. Was expecting a £39 charge for admin’ but not the extra £90 also. charged on top by underwriters for no explained reason. This was day light robbery ... so beware of these hidden costs Code CK7

On two occasions, both yesterday and today, I had a query( same query) on the chatline and both times the chat expired before the query was finished. This is very poor as I was unable to ring have my query answered

I tried to do some changes on my policy on line. They did not let me proceed and ask me to go on for live chat and they want to charge for the chat. I don't want to pay extra on my policy just for chat, when I am able to type myself for changes.

DL4. Dont want to renew again this year as I had to much trouble when I took out the car insurance. Now 1 year later I can not get into the 24 hour customer portal to ammend my address. They will try to charge me when I have to call them

Helpful agent but took an age to get connected and were unable to renew my policy - got it easy elsewhere - not sure why my new vehicle was not available on their system?
