I am disappointed that I’ve spoken to the live chat today and then been told, firstly that if I want to cancel my insurance I have to pay over £250 because I have made a claim, despite it being a no fault claim. Then after that the live chat said they’d look into the no fault and came back with the response of: have you asked for a transfer of insurance and new quote? Which didn’t answer my question. I then asked if I could transfer my insurance and the next response was that he would get a member of the sales team to contact me today - four hours later and I have had no call! I really need this sorting and it is so frustrating because all that seems to happen is that I have been passed from pillar to post without a solution. I am utterly disgusted at being told that I would have to pay the remaining £250 just because I have had a claim. Appalling, I wouldn’t recommend one call for customer service in this instance. I feel utterly let down. If you want to leave, they just want to sting you!

Excessive cancellation charge! £55 despite paying the full amount upfront of £178..reasonable to expect that the cancellation charge reduce over time not a flat rate

not looking after good and faithfull customers by not offering any discount on their insurance, that`s why i had no auther choice but to cancel with you and go elsewhere to get more cover for half the price i was paying with you, just give it a thought

This company weren’t clear about how they will take its first Direct debit after 18 days. It should be more clear. Now they are trying to charge me £15 to change the date for my Direct debit. Live chat staff isn’t helpful at all.

The cost involved for cancelling my policy seems exorbitant. When all that is required is a few keyboard entries to let various departments know, a fee of £55 is high.

I do not feel that they offered the best value for money for my insurance. And I particularly don’t like communicating through the live chat, which I do understand at this particular time, but it’s not something that I find of value.

It's been a nightmare to get in contact with anyone. I think a number of people may be put off using you having to use live chat then to be told someone will call within 24 hours. Really useful as it's my daughters birthday in which I was hoping to add her to my Insurance.

Kieran I was very helpful and succeeded in getting me the cover I wanted. Initially I attempted to make the change online but after I had filled in all the details I was referred to Live Chat and had to give all the same information again. Using Live Chat itself (not including my initial online attempt) took far longer than a phone call used to. It took 1 hour and 40 mins - so the 2-3 Hours is the total time it took. Will be pleased when can again contact by phone after the pandemic.

Tried to change insurance to a new car but new car is not covered by existing underwriter so now have to pay a fee of £55 to cancel the policy. Its frustrating to do this all via chat as it took over an hour to find out I can't change. Very reasonably priced insurance as long as you never need to claim, make changes or get in contact with them. The contact on the chat was very nice but obviously could not help with my query.

EXCESSIVE ADMIN FEES, NO ABILITY TO QUOTE FOR MODS ONLINE. WONT BE RENEWING WITH THEM.

I was disappointed with the lack of sensitivity and empathy when I made contact in an effort to sort out my late fathers car insurance policy. Could you not put a red flag against a case that requires more careful handling, as life is hard enough immediately after a death. I uploaded a copy of the death certificate as requested, so you should have been more aware by the time I went onto the online chat yesterday. I am still waiting to hear how the refund is to be repaid.

I found this service very frustrating all I wanted was just a call and an upgrade ending up costing me short of 58.00 found it to expensive

No issue with person taking the chat call but the price quoted for a forthcoming change of address was unbelievable plus it was then shown at a lower price on a search site, rip off springs to mind. Not impressed.

Go on line and save admin fee I did change reg number took 30 seconds £5 admin fee what a joke never again

Constantly trying to sell other services while trying to buy vehicle insurance is distracting and annoying. All I wanted is vehicle insurance, not bombarded with your sales pitches.
