We will see if we can remove the administrative charge, then no other communication, at least I asked for a transcript of conversation. All due to myself having to self isolation because I came in contact with covid positive person, they needed mileage of car that I understand, but surely that is a valid reason.

Got the start date of the van policy wrong realised 30seconds after they confirmed the policy live and charged me £26.06 to change it I’m really unhappy about the whole fiasco AE4

What a palarva... its a wonder you have ANY customers ! Have lost count of the number of times I've had to login & start all over again. !!!! So much for Josh B and later James..So much for a poor website and not being able to talk to a real person no matter what !! Later asked me if I would like to add a photo or video.. Crikey.

Had great difficulty in the process of purchase, where features included in the quote appeared as "optional extras" later in the process. This was particularly annoying when it happened AFTER taking my bank details. This was very confusing. Then, when I declined to continue, the purchase went through, anyway. Whilst querying the problem, I was told that I would have to pay £49 to cancel the policy, regardless of whether the policy features matched my quote. I would strongly advise (as on ALL websites), to read every word on every page / screen and take screenshots to support any problems which could ensue.

I was speaking with someone called James this morning he was helpful but after a long winded conversation which wasn't resolved and still isn't as he disappeared I am still waiting......

Made contact a second time having not received promised revised quote. Then sent an increased quote before pointing out the error and eventually getting the right cost. Poor all round. Should not have to keep chasing people.

Your promise at the time I paid on your website was to deliver insurance documents within 30 min, then an email after payment- it could take 48h to review an application.How’s that for over-promising?
