Very un happy left a 0 by mistake off my mileage contacted with in 5 min to correct this and was quoted nearly a £100 to change it genuine typing error. Now I’m limited to 600 miles for the year. My husband is insured with you and has been now for a few years so I thought I would go with the same. I have been a named driver for years on his insurance, I have held a clean driving licence and never had an accident. Definitely will be looking to go elsewhere in the future . User name mm9

I was left for ages in between messages not knowing what was going on. They told me they would email me as they couldn't sort my change of vehicle and after getting an email saying they could sort it it still took too long and they still had trouble. It took nearly 2 days to get my cover changed for my new vehicle and all I got was the £15 knocked of that I would of got anyway if I had managed to sort it via the portal

Very poor communications, misleading information provided, not very friendly. But live chat staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

the insurance prices and renewal were okay but we had problems with the website to make a change, problems with chat, being cut off without resolution at 5pm. We're mid term on our policy and likely we'll move away from this company at the end of our policy. They got it wrong but didn't take responsibility, annoying stock apology answers.

due to covid and the fact that our cars have been sat on our driveway most of the time some insurers have been giving refunds -albeit only £25. I asked One Call if they would give a refund on the two cars we have with them and they said no to one car and £8.96 with the other even though the expected mileage was coming down from 11000 miles to 6000. I feel insurance is criminal and I spent nearly an hour on the chat line !!!

They wanted to charge me 2 thirds of the policy cost to change the vehicle for the 3 month remaining policy to a slower motorcycle.!!!!! Cheaper to cancel policy and start a new one

I left your insurance company after I realised you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. I spent 1.5 hours on the live chat trying to resolve a problem which as yet has not been resolved

Moved house had to change our address both myself and my wife have policies. Wife's cost for change of address, free. One Call cost 75 pounds. Wonder where we will look when renewal comes around.

I got insurance from your company and 2 weeks later received letter it was cancelled because I didn't provide information which I did the same day I purchased the insurance. It shocked me,even the fact no calls nothing was made and I received letter day after supposed cancellation. I contacted customer service who told me to disregard letter as they have all information. But why to scare people like this for no reason? I was just about to drop my husband to work and had to go through hassle to contact customer service. Not impressed at all.

simply thing took nearly an hour and I said my battery was running out on phone but was still so slooooow! and got no where. so just been on again . now been waiting for 40 mins for call back!!!

I made an inquiry about me cancelling my policy and requested a cancellation fee first agent very helpful until it cam to finding me cancellation fee she disappeared after about an hour I gave up then started again with another agent who sorted it out for me

First person I spoke to on live chat about adding my 17 year old daughter to my car insurance said I would be better off going through portal, I went through and was given a number to ring which said they are not open and to use live chat. When I went to portal it read that you would quote for learner drivers but when I spoke to a rep on live chat I was then told sorry we can't do it but follow this link and they will give you a quote. Company was good when I started insuring with you 5+ years ago, I just can't believe that I have to set up a separate insurance for my daughter now.

The online chat system is so laborious and there is absolutely NO other way to communicate with them. The representatives have no power to amend or do anything more than just minor admin tasks and adhere strictly to a pre planned script. Security consists of showing you your email and tel number and asking whether it’s correct :/. The central databases are not up to date so when a claim I made showed as NOT closed but my previous insures showed as closed this caused major problems and cost me 4 hours of my time. All they had to do was make a call to my insurer but I was advised they had no way of making external calls?!
