I FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT CHAT WITH ABOUT THE CAR INSURANCE TO ONLY BE ABLE WITH JUST A LIVE CHAT, I REELY WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SPOKEN OVER THE PHONE

I have noticed that I can change my things on my policy but I can not change my address to change on line is about £26 but by calling it cost £39 this seems to be a way of charging more money to add to the policy if I can add and take away then I don’t see why I can’t change my address perhaps you could think about changing this

NH1 was very helpful and provided all answers to my questions. however i only contacted Webchat as unable to find process for uploading documents. New Customer so will wait to see how year goes with One Call

When needed to make a claim for windscreen repair it was good but to cancel the auto renewal was more dead chat than live chat - No phone available 40 minutes + for a simple cancellation - Holly didn't seem very happy

Just taken out my first policy with OneCall and I contacted OneCall as the ‘kept at address’ was showing my old address but the certificate of insurance showed the correct address. Couldn’t amend online. Wrong details must have come from Comparethemarket. The agent suggested I would be charged for this change. When I objected it was changed without charge. Not the best start to a new relationship.

Was charged a substantial extra amount after taking out my motor policy last year for getting the date of my last claim wrong by 3 days. This included an admin fee. Then, after I changed my car in Jan, I was charged an extra premium (sort of expected) and a £25 admin fee, when I'd done all the work myself online! Quote for new policy was over £200 higher than the one I'll be taking, even after the operator ran it again, its over £100 higher. Will not be using this company again, Just a bunch of money grabbers.

I called up One Call for a quote on my new (old) bike, as previously they have been competitive. This time however, after using the online quote system where my bike didn't appear, I used the live chat and was told that a colleague would call me back. I spoke to CT2, who seemed to use the same dropdown list system I had, and unsurprisingly the bike wasn't listed there. At this point I was informed that there was nothing that could be done. So that was the end of that, and I had to take my business elsewhere.

It is frustrating and unhelpful not to be able to speak to anyone (live chat only), but prices are competitive.

Josh B was very good, very patient and helpful. I have never used a portal or chat before so its was very slow. I prefer to speak over the phone. As suggested by your name "one call" so disappointed that we no longer have that choice.

I recently provided you with evidence to enable you to reinstate my NCD. I have just checked my account and can see it has been reinstated but I have had no communication to confirm a revised premium, or when my refund of overpaid premiums will be paid to me.

My insurance premium is increasing with me changing car which I did expect so increase slightly. I can now get it cheaper elsewhere o spoke to one of your advisors which was a less than poor experience. I have now decided to leave onecall which is disappointing as I have been a customer for a few years now an haven’t heard any issues.

You gave me the quote of £24, I asked you a question and the chat window disappeared. I am still no better off. Your app is a good idea but unfortunately referred me to chat when I tried to add another driver. All in all disappointing.

Not very happy with them would Not ensure my car as it was a Skoda my 1st car was a mercedes that was ok so will not go with them SO STAY AWAY from them

The agent who contacted me by phone was very helpful, at last speaking to a human being! Trying to get business on a computer takes twice as long and stressed. Much better speaking to a fellow human

Rubbish - only had policy 10 days trying to add charges of £39 on top of premium adjustment , told wasn’t able to speak to anyone but on the feedback people been speaking to real humans in the last 10-15 mins?!? Within 14 day cooling off period - but if I cancel they will charge me £49.99

Live chat person may have been reading from a script, but was evasive in processing a simple request to cancel the policy. This reached a level of appearing obstructive to a request to cancel the insurance. This experience would put me off considering One Call in the future for insurance needs!
