People were helpful however the live chat function was a pain. Kept accidentally pressing back and cancelling the chat. Ended up in 4 queues each 12 mins long just for me to press it again. Needs to be a function to stop that happening. It was simple once the chat stayed active

The Live Chat took 9 minutes to give a mileage … at three times I messaged to ask the operator if they were still there as no contact, it felt like they were dealing with two calls at the same time - it would have been quicker and less frustrating to make a phone call!

Communication could have been better, impossible to speak to an agent had to use live chat, agent wasn’t communicating properly left me guessing to what he was doing, I had to ask him about next steps

great live chat .and good prices but be warned their free breakdown insurance is a joke. its not free its a £20 call out fee and u can only use it 2 times in a year . even the gold one is very iffy as it has recovery but they can decide where your vehicle will be taken not you !!!! .i wont be signing up for this haha. so you have been warned .im switching to another one. not even sure its legal to advertise something as free then charge you for using it lol.

I am rating One Call as a sum total of all my recent contact. The people on chat are trying to help, but are limited to a script or area of help. I am not sure what the issue is, the automated parts of the process and issues outside of the normal. But all 3 accounts I have with you have gone wrong over the last few months. I think the biggest concern I have is that you are potentially taking money via the renewal process from people and if they don't check their bank statements they wont know. You didn't send any renewal information out and we as we advised you, were insuring with someone else. there is something going wrong that needs to be fixed.

All flash on the outside but pretty poor customer service when it comes down to it. Does not instill confidence should I ever have to make a claim.

Very disappointed at what you charge to cancel a policy early, been a customer for years, have two policies and was quoted £130 to cancel, reduced to £90+ in the end but still over the top!! Will shop around when I need to renew on my other car.

Confusing! I have finally arrived at being able to download and print my One Call Car Insurance Cert...just to make sure I have something tangible in my hands. 3 emails received to reset my Password...No, I never requested to reset. 2 emails received to verify and finish activating my account...I thought that I had already done so! Confusing indeed! I had my doubts that I was covered, having paid the annual fee. However, with hard copy Insurance Cert. in hand, clear Policy number and fee already taken...I’m pretty sure I am covered...I think!

So I get an e mail with a request to give a review and I don’t get the e mail I requested. !!!!!You do know these review requests have exactly the opposite effect. People hate them and they don’t improve anything

Easy set up yet poor service to discuss service changes insurance evening before required yet in morning was not finalised on one calls side resulting in me not being insured resulting in me not being able to go to work as no one to talk to till 9am at weekends very poor service

Once I got to communicate with the One Call customer services team, KH4 was very helpful and clearly explained the issue. I would prefer to talk over the phone.

Took about 3-4 minutes between each response and said they were going to send an email within 15 minutes and I’ve still not received it.

Everything is on line which I struggle with. I had a few things I needed to TALK about regarding my policy & for last 3 hours iv been passed from pillar to post & clicked on your portals! I STILL need to change my bank details for the direct debit due to splitting with my husband of 27 years & it keeps saying there’s an error. I do not like putting bank details on internet at best of times & last week I thought I was doing Direct Debit for TV license & it was a fraudulent site so iv had to get a new bank account. Today I have been through far Too many of your portals & filled MY Bank details in only to be told error, yet I made a payment with same card & that went through practically immediately. Sorry but iv got splitting headache & still not sorted it out!
