New policy, and all seemed well till 33days later i get a bill for£80 for a claim i didn’t declare yes my fault but no nudge or reminder of the claim 3.5 years ago just a bill for it!!! Disappointing you couldn’t just ask about it, changed this year suspect i wont be here long

I wanted to change my car insurance to cover changing my car. The administration charge was £25 which seemed a bit high but ok. What was a shock was that an additional charge of £250. I only had some 6 months to run on my policy so prorata I would be paying about £998 over 12 months. Initially I paid for the change but after reviewing the change and being offered an alternative by your agent which would cost £700 I cancelled my policy and went to an alternative Supplier which cost £500.

Said I was in a 10 min que went down to 7 mins then said 3 mins then started saying 4 mins so going back up this was after I’d been waiting 20 mins

tried to use the online portal to change policy over to another motorcycle because it was cheaper but couldn’t access it so had to use the chat line and pay more not very good

PB1 was very patient and helpful, which nis more than I can for your consideration for your customer. Does it occur to you that not everyone has tech savvy, or the ability to type at more than 10 words p minute? Your inability to provide telephone comms does you no favours. Yesterday it took 1hr 40 mins for PB1 & me to finally sort out and put to rights the answers or omissions to questions posed in the statement of insurance issued in respect of my Home & Buildings Insurance; it would have take 10 mins with a telephone conversation rather than the laborious, only method of communication you offered - Live Chat!!

Promised breakdown cover keyfob snd information to keep in car 3 times but it never arrived. Promised again on 15 minute long chat where tge operative saud it 'must have been list in post!

Getting insurance was fine but trying to amend was terrible to the point it was easier to cancel and go with another quote. The live chat was slower than go compare and other comparison sites so by the time it took you to respond, try to amend on line first didn't work then wouldn't allow and then by the time you responded by your and let's be completely clear terrible terrible live CHAT service. I just went on to a comparison website and went with them. Will never use a service completely depending on live chat

Being a new customer to your company, lets say we haven't got off on the right foot. If i had been aware of the way in which you communicate with customers i definitely would not have taken my policy out. The chat system you employ may suit a 20 year old who texts all the time but i prefer to actually talk and discuss issues with people, even if they are across the world and i have difficulty understanding them as no doubt they do me. It took three attempts to get my issues across and that process covered several hours, time even though semi retired i can ill afford to waste. That included two calls cut off for no apparent reason part way through explaining why i was contacting you. Forsing me to go through the whole process again and again. As i said this may suit a younger generation but for me no, never again. I hate to think what it will be like if I'm forced to claim. Finally the girl who actually finally resolved the problem was i concede very efficient and helpful. I have left positive feedback for her.

TAMARA AND CHLOE A WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL and without them I think I would have cancelled my policy and looked elsewhere. I think your online system needs a serious review because it is co complicated and certainly not user friendly. I think you must owe the above members of your team for gaining you customers. The two star rating reflects the unfriendly user system and certainly not your staff.

Took over an hour to switch insurance from 1 car to another. Portal not accessible. Time consuming, stressful and expensive. Headline prices OK but don't fall for the subsequent admin charges - they are unnecessarily punitive in my opinion.

Online portal doesn't allow or have an option to cancell the annual auto renewal (for which there was no option to opt out at the beginning) Really hate it when people try to tie yo up. There is always a reason why they do that, may be because they are crap/costly Aon renewal and people want to leave. Other wise ok. Never claimed from one call. So no idea on it.

The portal system is a nightmare system for someone of my age who is not computer literate (66). It took my daughter to sort out for me. Why can’t you just talk to someone.

No telephone communication, chat line is terrible as connection keeps dropping, and charged for the privilege of two hours trying to cancel my policy. Not very good is it.

Whilst the customer service is mostly good, I was rather annoyed to find that the amount I paid on the day did not include one of the upgrades I had clicked so a separate charge of £18.95 was taken from my bank. Apparently, I was told, it would have said on the page I clicked so be warned if you click on any upgrades, as the information about separate payment will be written in too subtle a manner for someone to notice.

I had great difficulty manoeuvring around the website and found it frustrating that after numerous attempts of resetting and trying to log into your Portal it still didn’t recognise my details. I also tried to contact Customer Services but their was no direct link other than the Portal which you had to log onto but it wouldn’t let me. After numerous attempts I had to proceed through your secure site without a password. Overall disappointed in trying to work through your site with no direct link to a Customer Service Representative Eventually I managed to complete the changing of my vehicle and received notification within 5 minutes at a cost of £65 with no extra charge on the vehicle insurance just administration.
