I was asked to provide a review of 'how we have done' and I have genuinely no idea as I was halfway through a chat when I stopped to take a phone call (working from home) and when I returned the chat had finished and I have no idea if what I asked to happen has happened. Pointless really as I have no log of what was discussed which makes the Live chat option a pathetic option if you want confirmation of anything.

Received a letter on the 8th declaring that the policy was due to be cancelled due to non payment of a £70 fee. This was not clearly displayed in the original text, if displayed at all. I await response from onecall as to what this stealth fee was for. Overall a negative experience after what was originally a smooth transaction. Make sure you enquire as to whether there are going to be further fees involved

I was on the chat for over an hour, the operator was slow to response to my chat, must have been chatting to many other people at the same time as she kept repeating the questions and asking the same questions. You then charge me £39.00 for the poor service, for an address change and a policy add on for business use. I wont be renewing the insurance with you next time.

once able to speak to someone ,very good but the hassle took 2days and was close to cancelling policy altogether there should be a contact number as the portal does not work,waited ages and still never got through

I was astounded to discover that it will cost me over £115 to cancel my policy and I have no choice but to cancel if I no longer own the vehicle.

Be sure to have all details included, because any changes after and they properly rip you off!! If you need to cancel later they make sure you get none of your premium back!! you could even owe them!!!...lol

Have just spent the past 3 hours trying to sort out my new car insurance, only trying to update that I am getting a new vehicle By updating my existing policy. Still no joy! If I can Find out how to cancel My policy I will. Totally shocking set up.

Live chat Queues do not update so you don’t know if it’s working or not until live chat starts working. When you are 27th with 20+ minutes waiting time it’s very frustrating

Waited ages for someone to 'speak' with me. Waited ages between each message. Wasn't able to complete car transfer on the website Decided to cancel the insurance rather than go through the trauma of having to get the operator to give me a new quote....probably have taken another hour. Refund for 6 months insurance was pitiful. Quite dreadful experience really...not that anyone will read this or care!

Good communication and customer portal but unable to help with change of vehicle and only refunding less than 10% of the policy after 2 1/2 months. Feels like i am being ripped off.
