Dissappointed you could not give me a competitive quote for my van insurance this year. Sadly I have had to cancel policy at renewal as much better price elsewhere.

It took hours to finally make contact (the customer service phone number is a JOKE!) so I ended up using Live Chat. Spoke to Daniel (di1) who seemed to grasp my situation - but was unable to resolve the matter before I had to go out. He said he would speak to the underwriters and email me the result. I am still waiting. I also requested a copy of the chat - and I'm still waiting for that as well. Not impressed. Instead of offering a £40 reward for getting a second policy holder to join up, sort out this policy holder first please. I also do not want any marketing emails, messages or mail shots - just deal with this problem or I am walking away.

I provided the following information: 2nd August Reference: 06031330 Policy Number: 001QDV0027774 Policy Type Commercial Vehicle Integrated Policy Provider: Premier Underwiting Vehicle Registration Number: WN53 LHH and requested evidemce of no claims bonus. No answer was provided and the chat was didconnected by you.

This wasn't the customer agents fault but the fact I requested a cancellation within 1 hour of purchasing insurance and have still been charged an outrageous amount as an admin charge means I have given you a bad rating.

I tried 4 times to amend my policy each attempt failed with the final one sending me to the survey before I had chance to read the last note so when I fill the survey in the chat closed

Seemed like a good price for Van insurance; but a couple of days later when I want to look at the details, it doesn't seem possible online and the call centre suggests I phone up and ask any questions. With a choice of buying unseen and going to another provider, I went elswhere. OneCall please fix this, I might have boght from you.

Called as my renewal documents hadn't arrived, I changed address, I said I would like to shop around for quotes, so no revised renewal was sent. Still no renewal offer. Not good. Increased price, even though I have made no claims. My comment that I would compare with other providers meant that I was not sent a new quote at my new address. Not good customer service. No reward for loyalty.

Your staff are extremely helpful on the on- line chat but your phone system is rubbish. I could not get through your automated switchboard. I tried every option to try to get through to a person but failed. None of the options worked and it kept sending me to the same basic options which didn't cover my problem. It drove me up the wall

I had contacted One Call to add my daughter temporarily to my existing policy for vehicle SA09DVN (i have my car, two motorcycles, my wife's car and our home insurance with One Call). I had previously obtained a quotation a couple of months for this and was quoted £90 and had passed this info on to my daughter who is visiting from the US for Christmas and New Year. Turns out now that you don't cover US residents (never mentioned before) and can't now provide cover. Have to now go back to my daughter and tell her that the info I provided previously was mince. Not happy.

nk3 was more concerned about finding out who I am renewing with plus details of the new policies, rather than simply giving me a contact email address for the renewals team. I had to request this information three times.

The policy you have of chat online is frustrating and you are very expensive and take too much money and then refund back. It’s a very strange and complex policy and this is why o won’t be renewing with you.
